Our one day Practical Introduction to Social Marketing and Two Day Hands On Social Marketing will provide your personnel with an introduction to the theory and practice of social marketing. Both courses provide the delegates with the opportunity to see social marketing theory in practice, with the two day course providing participants with the chance to apply the theory to their own role.

Step by Step Training and Coaching Programme
For those wishing to use a social marketing approach for a project or area of work, we have developed a full training and coaching programme. This provides a step by step approach to the planning, scoping, design, development, implementation and evaluation of your project. This is supported by access to a Brilliant Futures coach, providing support, guidance and a 'sounding board' and 'helpline' throughout the project.
Your team, and wider stakeholders where appropriate are taken through the six steps to a successful social marketing project:
1. Pre-campaign consultancy - consultancy to identify the organisation's needs and tailor the programme to achieve maximum impact.
2. Practical Introduction to Social Marketing - a one day interactive event to introduce the theories, principle and practical tools of social marketing.
3. Knowledge Into Action - A facilitated planning day to define project focus, establish vision, values and objectives, map assets and establish project processes.
4. Scoping - An interactive day to establish a scoping plan, including audience segmentation and insight, stakeholder and competitor analysis, best practice and evaluation methods.
5. Stakeholder Engagement - A participatory event to gain insight, build partnerships, maximise resources and ensure buy-in of the stakeholders leading to development of behavioural goald and potential propositions.
6. Design and Development - An event to develop insight driven behavioural goals and interventions and form an implementation and evaluation plan for all audiences.
7. Evaluation and Next Steps - Providing a framework to measure the impact of the programme, to share findings, establish learnings and plan next steps for sustainable results.
This programme can work within your timescale and is augmented by access to Brilliant Futures coaches to provide guidance, support and a 'sounding board' for each stage of the process.
